Valuable knowledge disappears every day

AI makes experience from customer interactions scalable.

The most valuable knowledge in your company disappears every day.

It's something I've been thinking about quite a bit recently.

Whenever companies talk about knowledge management, the conversation quickly turns to documentation, SharePoint or Confluence. But customer interactions contain a very different kind of knowledge.

You can often tell it in the first minute: the best people don’t jump to the answer. They start with a clarifying question (sometimes two or three) to structure what’s actually going on.

They don't just tell you what the answer is. They show how experienced employees explain complex topics, build trust, handle objections, show empathy, navigate internal processes and guide customers towards the right solution. That's the kind of knowledge that's hardest to document and often the most valuable.

I don't think companies have a knowledge problem.
I think they have a learning problem.

That's where AI becomes really interesting. We can learn from customer interactions at scale, spot what consistently works best, and make those best practices available to every employee. Not just the facts, but also the experience behind them: how to communicate, when to show empathy, how to overcome objections and how to turn great individual performance into a capability of the entire organisation.

That's why I believe AI doesn't replace experience.
It makes experience available to everyone.

If you could scale one behaviour from your top performers across the team, what would you pick?
